Group Sessions

These sessions offer a space to step out of the pace and pressure of everyday life and come back to yourself.

They are gentle, guided, and grounded in working with the nervous system—not through effort or analysis, but by allowing the body to settle and the mind to quiet.

Each session is slightly different, but all are designed to help you move out of feeling constantly “on”, holding too much, or trying to keep everything together… and into a place that feels more steady, clear, and at ease.

There’s nothing to achieve and nothing to get right.

Just a chance to pause, reset, and experience a different way of being.

Next Reset session

Reset — Saturday 9th May
10:00–12:00 | Artpad, Bath

There are times when nothing is obviously wrong…
but everything feels harder.

You might feel constantly “on”, holding a lot, or finding it difficult to switch off and fully rest.

This 2-hour Reset session is a space to step out of that.

Through simple guided practices and sound, you’ll be supported to slow down, settle your system, and come back to yourself.

Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to get right.
Just a chance to pause.

For this first session, access to the 6-week Permission to Pause online material is included, so you have something to return to in your own time.

Immersive Session

Sunday 28th June
1:00–5:00pm | Artpad, Bath

This 4-hour immersive session offers a deeper experience of the work.

It’s a space to step more fully out of the patterns that keep you feeling pressured, responsible, or constantly “on”, and to begin settling into a different way of being.

We’ll work gently with some of the core patterns—particularly responsibility and over-availability—helping you recognise them more clearly and begin to step out of them in a way that feels natural and grounded.

The session includes guided practices, space to reflect, and a longer period of deep relaxation and sound to allow the system to settle more fully.

There’s nothing to achieve and nothing to get right.

It’s simply a chance to slow down, understand the work more deeply, and experience what it feels like to return to yourself in a more sustained way.

This session is open to anyone who feels ready to go a little deeper, whether you’re new to the work or have already begun.
