A nervous system - led pathway back to yourself

 You move through the work in your own time through a simple, supportive pathway designed to create safety, space, and sustainable change. 

Step 1 - Permission to Pause

The first step is to pause and create a sense of safety in your system.
Through short, simple practices, you begin to settle the body and nervous system, allowing tension to soften and space to return. This isn’t about fixing or improving yourself — it’s about giving your system permission to slow down and come back to ease.

Step 2 - Return to the Self

Once safety is established, we begin to work with the patterns that have been running beneath the surface. 

Patterns such as urgency, control, responsibility, and over-availability often keep the system activated, even when they're no longer needed. 

Here, you learn how to notice these patterns in your body, and no longer feed them. 

As you build a relationship with your nervous system and return to a more settled state over time, your system begins to trust you again - and being present in yourself becomes more natural.

Step 3 - Developing You

From a regulated foundation, you begin to grow and develop in a way that feels aligned.

Developing You supports the growth of the individual through a simple daily practice—setting a clear intention, returning to it each day, and allowing change to happen gradually over time.

Through this process, beliefs begin to shift gently, one day at a time, as you continue to return to yourself.

Rather than forcing change, you begin to live from it—creating more in your life from a place that feels steady, clear, and true.

I work in the beautiful city of Bath, where I offer in-person 1:1 sessions and group experiences.

If you choose to work with me in person, our time together is unhurried and grounded, with space to settle and arrive fully. Many people then enjoy spending time in the city afterwards, allowing the work to integrate naturally.
